The rooms are newly remodelled and neat. The staff are very courteous and incredibly nice.- Really enjoyed cereals and fruit at breakfast.- The location is marvelous and lovely, with easy access to a fast food eatery.

Kindly reception, they will speak Spanish and you can have a free snack from 4 to 7. Free kettle in room. It's well located near Bourse at 5 min approx and less than 10 from the Grand Place. Breakfast quite right with a very helpful and agile waiter. Comfortable bed and parquet in room. Good quality and quantity of amenities.

pillow, there isn't. Instead there are 2 small square cushions that one is hard and too high and other too low. neighborhood is somewhat dirty with quite a few drunken homeless, although it is a general impression of the city, as the price is very expensive but it is what you get if you want 4 stars and to be well located. That they charge you just to do the chek in. They could improve the hair dryer which is not very powerful and for the price they could also put a white tablecloth on the table instead of the plastic quadrants that they clean by wiping it down.

It's a hotel that I usually go to. I like the situation for the central area of the grand place, I like their staff, friendly and who speaks Spanish, I like their breakfast, the tea time that every afternoon when you arrive you can, for free take a bite and drink something. The room has a suitable size, decoration and comfort, my colleagues usually stay in hotels near the parliament, commission etc. because this is far from there but for me it is great to be able every morning to make a walk through the city to get to work and is my way of doing a little "sport" and then be at work sitting all day ....

time I had a very small problem at breakfast... that doesn't usually happen. first day I went down to breakfast there was no chocolate, cola cao, neskuit... second day I didn't go for breakfast because I had a date at work and third day I did... they already had a system of chocolates to put in the milk that didn't work well because the milk in the thermos flask wasn't very hot and chocolates didn't dissolve... so I couldn't drink milk any day. I'm not a coffee guy. It's true that this is the first time this has happened to me and that it was a one-off. I always like the breakfast of this hotel with quality products, natural juice, products for coeliacs etc. etc...

This hotel is recomended. Great service delivered from the reception staff 24 hs. Clean and warm room, excellent location. I will return for sure.

The accommodation here was perfect for my stay, the location was ideal, just a short walk to the main attractions, the staff were helpful, and the modern design added to the overall experience.

Good location in the Centre of Brussels plenty of good restaurants nearby.

For the price the room was quite small. window faced into the hotel atrium which made it a bit noisy at night and gave a limited sense of privacy

Enchanting and incredibly beautiful place all in all, has courteous staff at the reception desk. The breakfast is great with pastries, there’s an option for each taste. The rooms are silent and neat and complete with the third bed was a sofa bed.

Had a good time here for a chill getaway! 🌟 It was a pleasant vacation overall.

the location was marvellous and stunning, for example, brussels city hall was not too far from the hotel. the staff was welcoming and pleasant, really made a difference to my city break.

Location was great and central to attractions and metro.

Few things in the bathroom were broken and appeared to not have been fixed for sometime.
